Grievance Policy
If you have attended a college or university in a foreign country that does not use the US Grading System, you must have your foreign transcripts evaluated by a company that specializes in foreign credentials evaluation. The American University of Leadership Marbella (AULM) accepts foreign transcript evaluations from evaluation companies that are members of NACES and AICE. However, please note that each member company has varying fees, documentation requirements, and requirements based on the type of institution attended and the location of the campus. It is important to consult the evaluation services’ website to confirm the specific documentation and requirements needed before submitting your request.
When requesting an evaluation of foreign transcripts, ensure that a certified English translation accompanies any document that is not in English. Additionally, you should request a detailed course-by-course evaluation report to be sent to the Registrar’s Office at AULM’s address: 72 Avenida Ricardo Soriano, edificio Golden, Marbella, Malaga, Spain.
It is important to note that the foreign transcript policy does not apply to applicants from universities or schools that have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AULM. AULM has an MOU with International University of Leadership USA, American School of Leadership USA, PIIMT in Morocco, and MUFL in Russia.
